Features built into the site
The pages use English-language markup, one main heading, ordered heading levels and a skip link to the main content. Forms have visible labels, required-field information and a status message announced through an aria-live region. Navigation and FAQ controls use standard buttons, links and disclosure elements. Body text is designed to be readable with darker text on light sections.
Images and optional content
Service images have text alternatives and dimensions. The Roman-at-work photo slot stays hidden until an identified owner photo is supplied. Google Maps is optional and paused initially; the written address and contact details remain available without loading it. No automatic map is needed to request a quotation.
Using the enquiry form
The form requires JavaScript and a Cloudflare Turnstile security check. Photographs are optional and limited to three supported images, each up to 2 MB. You should not need to upload a photograph to ask about work. If a control, security check or upload prevents you sending the request, call or email instead.
Responsive layout and testing limits
Layouts include small-screen styles and visible focus treatments, but implemented styles alone do not prove accessibility. We do not claim WCAG conformance or full compatibility with every browser, device, keyboard or assistive technology without the relevant testing. Zoom, screen-reader use, contrast, focus order, tap targets and small-screen overflow still need practical checks.
Getting help or reporting a barrier
Call 07348 758581 or email info@lookdevisservices.uk. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty and, if useful, the device and browser you used. You can describe the job by phone or email rather than the form. We will discuss a practical way to provide the information you need; no fixed response time is promised here.
