We help you choose the right starting point from the condition of the garden and what you want to use it for.
You might want the lawn and hedge dealt with first, or need the paths opened up before the beds can be reached. Tell us which areas matter most and which plants should stay. Photographs of the whole space and the entrance help us plan around a narrow passage, a terraced house without rear access or growth that has filled the working area.
For an established garden that needs care rather than a change of layout, maintenance brings mowing, strimming, edging, weeding and border tidying together. Suitable shrub pruning, hedge trimming and shaping, deadheading and leaf collection can be included in the agreed tidy-up. We finish by gathering clippings and sweeping garden paths.
Long grass, brambles and unwanted vegetation need a different brief from a routine tidy. Clearance starts by making enough room to work safely, then addresses the agreed overgrowth, hedges, shrubs and accessible beds, borders and paths. Our gardeners arrive with a van and professional tools, including mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers and hand tools. For gardening, you provide access to the garden; our equipment needs no customer electricity or water. You can enjoy your time while we carry out the agreed work.
Ivy on a weak fence and a lawn that looks patchy or mossy need a look before a recommendation. Let us know what you have noticed, rather than choosing a treatment first. Materials, larger tree work, stump removal, rubble, lawn renovation and specialist work are outside routine garden care and are assessed separately.

If another task comes up, we discuss it with you before going ahead.
Everyone who works on your property is covered by public liability insurance, and we check this before they start.
