The form sends a request for an estimate. A success message means the email transport accepted the enquiry, not that a date, quotation or job has been accepted. A booking requires agreement about the work, timing, price and access. Tell us about restrictions, permissions and anything that should remain untouched.
Garden maintenance, garden clearance, pressure washing and the stated ground-based tree service have the published hourly rates. The minimum booking is one hour and no VAT is added. Assessment from photographs or a visit comes before confirming hours. Additional work and separately charged materials or waste must be agreed rather than assumed to be included. Other work is assessed for a job-specific quotation.
Gardening requires access; LookDeVis brings the tools and does not need your power or water for those gardening tasks. Pressure washing requires access, an electrical socket and a working water connection. Let us know about locked gates, narrow passages, shared routes or property instructions before the appointment.
LOOKDEVIS SERVICES LTD trading as LookDeVis Services is an upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer, CBDU671401. Only agreed non-hazardous material is accepted. We do not accept asbestos or other hazardous waste. Green waste is charged separately from hourly gardening; other loads are assessed from photos. The agreed material goes only to authorised sites and a waste transfer note is provided.
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel. Your statutory cancellation rights depend on how the agreement was made and the circumstances. Where a consumer has a distance or off-premises service contract, a 14-day cancellation period normally applies, subject to legal exceptions. Starting during that period requires the appropriate express request and information about any payment for work carried out and when the right may end. A quote-form enquiry is not that request. Any payment schedule or cancellation terms must be supplied with the booking, not invented by this page.
Walk round the job with us before we leave. If anything isn't right, tell us the same day and we will return to put it right at no extra charge. If you spot something later, call us and we will arrange a revisit. This does not affect your legal rights.
Work must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The agreed scope and applicable consumer law govern the remedy for a problem; using this website does not waive your rights.
