Perhaps the lawn needs replacing, the paving has reached the end of its useful life or the garden needs a different arrangement of levels and surfaces. Tell us what you want to use the space for and which parts you would like to keep. We assess the existing garden before quoting for the work.
Send photographs of the space and the route into it, along with your full postcode. We then agree a site visit to look at the job. Narrow passages, no rear entrance, old concrete and existing foundations all affect how the work is approached. These details belong in the assessment, before you commit to materials or a start date.

Natural turf and artificial grass
We install turf and artificial grass. Include photographs of the current lawn, any uneven areas and places where water collects. We assess the ground and your priorities before quoting for preparation and installation.
Timber and composite decking
Tell us the area you want decked and whether you prefer timber or composite. Include the existing surface and access route in your photographs. The material choice and work involved are set out in the quotation.
Drainage, levels and retaining walls
Poor drainage and uneven levels need to be considered alongside the visible finish. Explain where the problem occurs and show the surrounding area. Drainage, levelling, retaining walls and steps can be assessed as individual tasks or parts of a wider project.
Prepare the ground for the finish
Ground preparation is part of the job, rather than something to leave until the surface has been chosen. Our preparation includes digging out, laying and compacting a MOT Type 1 sub-base where appropriate to the agreed installation, and checking levels and falls so water can run off. The work is specified for the particular patio, lawn or other installation; the site visit helps establish what is needed.
Everyone who works on your property is covered by public liability insurance, and we check this before they start.
What goes into the quotation?
Labour is quoted separately from materials. The price depends on the area, the work involved and access. We use regional suppliers and help you choose sensible, good-value materials. Waste is charged separately and agreed in the quotation.

Patios, lawns, drainage, decking and fencing often need to be considered together. Tell us which work is essential now and which ideas are for later.
