Landscaping starts with a change to the space: new turf, artificial grass, drainage, levels, decking or garden design. A garden can need both. Tell us which features should remain and which problems you want addressed so the quotation separates maintenance from construction.
Fencing covers installation, replacement and repairs, including privacy and slatted options. Paving covers patios, driveways and paths, with separate pages for slab replacement and repointing. A loose component, an uneven surface and a new installation are different briefs. Photograph the defect as well as the whole area; the visible finish alone does not establish what preparation is needed underneath.
Pressure washing enquiries should identify the surface, its condition and the surrounding area. Cleaning a patio is separate from re-bedding slabs or replacing failed joints. A roof-cleaning request also needs its own method and access assessment. Describe the result you want without assuming every stain can be removed or every surface can tolerate the same treatment.
Building and property work includes refurbishment, decorating, repairs and larger improvement enquiries. For a kitchen or bathroom, list what you want retained and what will be replaced.
