Collections agreed around the waste you have
We match the collection to the load: gathered garden cuttings, household contents, building materials or bulky items. Each quotation identifies the accepted waste and what remains at the property. Collections are agreed with the person authorised to approve removal, so the job has a clear scope before the appointment.
We assess the route out alongside the materials and amount. Steps, narrow passages, shared entrances and long carrying routes are part of that assessment. Our service covers agreed non-hazardous waste; we do not collect asbestos or other hazardous waste. The collection price is agreed before booking.

What's included
House clearance
We clear accepted non-hazardous household contents from the agreed rooms, with retained belongings and the person authorising removal identified first.
Builders waste
We assess rubble, timber and other building waste by material and quantity, then confirm the accepted load and access in the quotation.
Rubbish and bulky waste
We collect the agreed non-hazardous items, with the size, amount and route out assessed before we set the collection price.
Property, garage and shed clearance
We clear accepted stored contents from the agreed areas. Dismantling structures, repairs and other building work are separate requests.
Commercial waste
We agree the accepted materials, access and collection arrangements with the authorised business contact. The collection includes a waste transfer note.

Registration is not a promise to accept every material, and hazardous waste remains outside our service.
Everyone who works on your property is covered by public liability insurance, and we check this before they start.

Describe each material separately and show the whole collection. Acceptance and the quotation are agreed from the actual contents and access before booking.

No. We do not collect asbestos or other hazardous waste. Tell us about any suspected hazardous material before a collection is considered.
What paperwork do you provide?+
We provide a waste transfer note for the agreed collection. Keep it with the collection details so you have a record of the materials handed over.
