Managing agents and shared spaces
Communal lawns, borders, hedges and paths need to be considered alongside the people using them. Tell us which areas are included, how the property is reached and who can authorise the work. A first clearance and a regular grounds visit are different scopes; describe both if the garden needs bringing under control before ongoing care starts.
Letting agents and landlords
At a tenancy change, show the garden in its current condition and list the priorities for the next use of the property. Identify plants to keep, furniture or belongings that must stay and the person who can provide entry. Garden clearance covers the growing vegetation and agreed tidy-up. Collection of gathered waste is a separate part of the quotation.
Same-day clearance and collection enquiries
Ask about same-day garden clearance and waste collection when you send the photos. Availability depends on the schedule, location, accepted materials and access; an enquiry does not confirm attendance. Include the whole collection area and route out rather than only a close-up of one bag or object. We agree what can be done before a visit is booked.
Communal paths and forecourts
Pressure washing can be discussed for agreed exterior surfaces such as communal paths and forecourts. Show the surface material, current condition and areas that must remain accessible. The customer provides access, an electrical socket and a working water connection. Explain shared entrances or property instructions so the cleaning scope and visit can be considered together.
Regular grounds visits
Regular grounds work can include the garden-maintenance tasks you prioritise: mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, suitable pruning and tidy-ups. Tell us the desired frequency and how the site is used rather than assume every task is needed on every visit. Use the optional regular-visits box on the quote form; it does not create a subscription or a reduced rate.
Builders and defined waste loads
For builders’ waste, describe the actual materials, quantity, loading position and access. Acceptance follows the agreed non-hazardous scope, not the name given to a pile. We do not accept asbestos or other hazardous waste. LOOKDEVIS SERVICES LTD trading as LookDeVis Services is an upper tier waste carrier, broker and dealer, registration CBDU671401. Accepted waste is taken only to authorised sites and a waste transfer note is provided.
Documents available on request
A copy of our insurance certificate and our waste carrier registration details, CBDU671401, are available on request. LookDeVis Services is covered by public and products liability insurance up to £5 million. Terms and exclusions apply. Tell us which existing document you need for the proposed job; no additional accreditation, report format or site-specific document is implied by this page.
How a commercial enquiry works
Send photos, the full postcode, the work list and a contact who can approve the scope and arrange entry. We assess the request, agree the work and price, and confirm the appointment. Additional tasks are discussed before they go ahead. Everyone who works on your property is covered by public liability insurance, and we check this before they start.
Keep the first brief useful
For several properties, identify each address and its tasks separately so photos and instructions do not get mixed up. Explain whether your priority is a one-off clearance, regular garden care or exterior cleaning. The quotation should distinguish labour, separately charged waste and other agreed costs. There is no fixed project price or visit duration on this page.
