Match the cleaning approach to the material
We match the clean to the surface in front of us. Paved drives, timber decking and masonry can need different treatment, so our assessment covers the material, joints, coatings and existing damage. The quotation defines the surfaces we will clean and any separately agreed preparation or repairs.
For homes, the work can focus on a patio, drive or garden route. For commercial premises, we agree the working area and access around the use of the site. Roof cleaning has its own access and condition assessment; it is not treated as the same job as cleaning ground-level paving.

We clean the agreed seating and walking surfaces, with the material, condition and surrounding areas considered before work starts.
Decking and garden walls
We assess the timber or masonry and choose a cleaning approach for its condition. Sealing, coatings and repairs are agreed separately.
Commercial areas and roofs
We agree access and the working area for commercial cleaning. Roof cleaning covers houses up to two storeys and flat roofs with safe access. We check access, roof type and condition before agreeing the method. High-pressure washing is not suitable for every roof, so we choose the gentlest method that works.

Patio, driveway and path cleaning focus on the agreed surfaces. Decking and garden walls need discussion of their condition and finish. Re-sanding, joint repairs, sealing, stain treatment and coating work are separate items unless listed. Roof cleaning is assessed separately from ground-level paving; send the roof type and access details so the actual method, access arrangements and specialist requirements can be confirmed. We keep the cleaning brief distinct from repairs: a surface that needs joint work or a damaged finish can be assessed for that separate work. The quotation states which areas are being cleaned, so a patio visit does not silently become a driveway or roof job.

Can you remove every stain?+
No universal stain-removal result is promised. Send close-ups and identify any coatings or previous treatments so the surface condition and realistic cleaning scope can be discussed.
Is re-sanding or sealing included?+
Only when the quotation lists it. Cleaning, re-sanding, joint repairs, sealing and coatings are separate tasks with their own preparation and materials.
