A concrete drive, stone frontage and block-paved parking area may require different treatment. Identify loose material, cracked sections and prior coatings before agreeing cleaning. Vehicle movement and pedestrian access also matter: the working area needs to be available rather than assuming cleaning can happen around constant use. If damaged paving is the main problem, repair or replacement should be assessed separately instead of using a strong wash to conceal it.
The proposed scope should identify the areas treated, preparation, water supply and any agreed finishing work. Runoff and debris need consideration at the actual site. No claim is made that oil, rust or tyre marks will disappear completely. Re-sanding or joint repairs are separate decisions, particularly where existing joints are already weak.
