✦ PRESSURE WASHING · LONDON & NEARBY
Roof cleaning for houses up to two storeys and for flat roofs with safe access. We check access, roof type and condition before agreeing the method. High-pressure washing isn't suitable for every roof, so we choose the gentlest method that works.

✦ A DEFINED PRESSURE WASHING TASK
Tiles, slates and other roof coverings can differ in fragility and care requirements. Moss or deposits do not prove that a strong wash is suitable. Identify known leaks, loose components and previous treatments from information already available. Do not climb onto a roof to photograph it. Cleaning is separate from repairing the covering, and suspected asbestos or uncertain materials need appropriate specialist assessment before treatment is considered.
The brief should define safe access, the assessed cleaning approach, protection of surrounding areas and handling of removed debris. A site assessment may be required before a meaningful quotation, especially where access equipment or fragile coverings affect feasibility.
✦ SCOPE & PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS
Provide ground-level views and known material details without approaching fragile or unsafe roof areas.
Confirm the appropriate responsible arrangements for working at height before any cleaning technique is committed.
Discuss gutters, downpipes, neighbouring property and debris handling as part of the proposed work.
For roof cleaning, send postcode, safe ground-level photos and covering details if known. Identify leaks, access limits and nearby areas needing protection. The estimate must distinguish assessment, access equipment, treatment and any separate repair. No appointment or method is confirmed solely from a moss photograph.
Roof repairs, gutter replacement, asbestos work and structural investigations are separate services. Cleaning is not a remedy for an unassessed leak or a substitute for checking a damaged covering.
