A separate collection for the gathered green waste
A garden-waste collection deals with the cuttings and vegetation already gathered, whether they come from our gardening work or are waiting at the property. We assess green material separately from soil, rubble and household items. Mixed loads need their own assessment rather than being counted as bags of green waste. The agreed collection sets out the material and access before an appointment is booked.
How the collection is agreed
We review the green material, quantity and access, then agree the collection arrangements. Any gardening work is listed separately from the bag charge. Soil, rubble or other mixed materials are assessed on their own contents and are not included at the green-waste bag price.
What's included
Gathered material
We assess the amount and route from the garden to agree the collection. Cutting back growing vegetation and gathering it during gardening work are separate from taking it away.
An authorised destination
We take the agreed non-hazardous green waste to an authorised site and provide a waste transfer note.

£50 per jumbo bag, charged separately from the hourly rate. No VAT added. The amount and access are assessed from photos or a visit before booking.
What's extra
Soil, rubble, large stored objects and hazardous material do not become green waste because they are in the garden. Describe these separately; no asbestos or other hazardous waste is accepted.

Yes, gardening can be discussed separately. Send photographs showing both the growing vegetation and the material already gathered for collection.
Do you provide collection paperwork?+
Yes. We provide a waste transfer note for the agreed collection and take the accepted waste only to an authorised site.
Do I need to give the full postcode?+
Yes. Include the full property postcode with the photographs and access details so the collection can be assessed.
