A clearance based on the contents, not the room count
Our house-clearance quotation follows the contents being removed, room by room. We distinguish the items for collection from belongings that remain at the property, and agree removal with the person authorised to approve it. The route out matters too: stairs, shared entrances and awkward access are included in the assessment. This gives the collection a defined scope before the visit is booked.
How the collection is agreed
We review the contents and route out, confirm the items accepted and agree the collection price. The appointment covers that inventory; changes to the load are discussed before collection. Repairs, decorating and other property work are quoted separately.

Can I ask about one room rather than a whole house?+
Yes. Identify the rooms and items involved so the quotation relates to the collection you need, rather than an assumed whole-property clearance.
How do I show belongings that must stay?+
Mark them in your written list and explain their position in the room photographs. The retained contents should be clear before the collection is agreed.
Can an agent arrange the clearance?+
Identify the person authorised to approve removal and the contact providing entry. An enquiry alone does not confirm permission or an appointment.
Is cleaning included?+
Cleaning and repair work are separate from collection. Tell us if you want additional tasks considered so they can be discussed in their own scope.
How is the price agreed?+
Prices are assessed from photos of the contents and access. We discuss the accepted materials and quotation before booking.
