You provide a working water connection and electrical socket.

Patio and driveway cleaning: what needs attention?

If the drive is used for parking, tell us when vehicles can be moved. For a rear patio, include the route through the property or side entrance and show any shared access that needs to stay available.

We clean the exterior surfaces agreed in the quotation, with the method chosen for the material and its condition. Tell us whether the job concerns a patio, block-paved drive, front forecourt or garden path. A photograph showing the surface close up helps us see joints and existing damage; a wider view shows the working area.

See our patio cleaning and driveway cleaning pages for the service scope.

The surface, its condition and the route in

Send photos of loose slabs, gaps in joints, coatings or previous repairs. Tell us about narrow gates, steps and any shared passage. We discuss moving pots and furniture and protecting nearby planting before work begins. Cleaning does not repair cracked paving or replace missing joints.

Re-sanding, joint repairs, sealing, coatings and specialist work are separate unless included in the written quotation. No particular finish is promised before the surface is assessed.

Where we cover Wembley HA9

We take enquiries around High Road around Wembley Central station and Park Lane near King Edward VII Park. These are local reference points for describing the area, not locations of the work pictured below. Send the full property postcode so we can confirm the visit and access arrangements.

For other garden and property work, use the Wembley area page.

Drainage, debris and your estimate

Brent Council explains that leaves, debris and grit can block road gullies and contribute to flooding. Show nearby gullies and drainage routes when asking about a clean. Clearing debris from the agreed work area and managing wash-water need planning; council road-drain guidance does not authorise discharge from a private cleaning job.

Read the council drainage guidance.

Photograph the water connection, the power point where practical, and the route to the cleaning area. Mention any pooling you have noticed. We agree the approach and any collection or disposal arrangements after assessing the site rather than assuming all runoff can go into a nearby drain.

What it costs
