✦ WASTE REMOVAL · LONDON & NEARBY
We collect agreed non-hazardous waste left by building work, with the materials and amount assessed before booking. Rubble, timber and other items are identified in the quotation rather than treated as an unspecified mixed load. We agree access and the collection price before the appointment.

Building work can leave different materials in the same working area. We assess the contents of the proposed load and the route out together, including any steps, narrow passages or shared access. The collection covers the materials accepted in the quotation. Work on the building itself is a separate job, and asbestos or other hazardous waste is outside this collection service.
We review the materials, amount and collection route with the person arranging the work. Once the accepted load and price are agreed, we confirm the appointment. Collection does not include further building work or an unassessed hazardous load.
