Rubbish & Bulky Waste Removal in London and nearby areas

A large unwanted item can be awkward to clear even when the total amount looks small. Loose rubbish creates a different problem when it is spread across several areas. We handle rubbish and bulky-waste enquiries on this one page. Show the individual items and the full collection so the materials, amount and access can be assessed together.

✦ A DEFINED WASTE REMOVAL TASK

Make the large items clear

A photograph from the front may not explain how an object will leave the property. Include useful dimensions where available, and show doors, stairs and any narrow turns on the route outside. Identify retained items in the same area so the collection brief does not rely on assumptions. Describe the materials and any contents within the items, rather than treat size alone as the deciding factor. Acceptance and the quotation are agreed before a collection appointment is arranged.

How the collection is agreed

We review the photographs and item list with the access information. Tell us whether the waste is together, upstairs, in a garden or in another agreed part of the property. If someone else controls entry or removal permissions, identify the authorised contact. The collection covers the accepted non-hazardous items, with a waste transfer note provided and transport only to a site authorised to receive the waste.

✦ SCOPE & PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS

What to agree before booking.

List the items

Include a photograph and description of each bulky object, alongside a wider view of any loose rubbish that also needs collecting.

Measure where useful

Dimensions of an object and its route can help explain access. Include doorways, steps and turns rather than only the space where it currently stands.

Keep the collection defined

Mark what stays and identify the person approving removal. If the collection list changes, update the enquiry before relying on the earlier quotation.

Your quotation details.

Rubbish and bulky-waste prices are assessed from photos. Include every item and explain the working route. A quotation for identified objects is not an open-ended collection allowance; tell us about additions before the appointment so the scope can be reviewed.

Extras and separate work.

Repairs, cleaning and dismantling parts of the property are separate requests. We do not collect asbestos or other hazardous waste. Materials with unclear contents need assessment before acceptance.
