Property, Garage & Shed Clearance in London and nearby areas

Stored items can make a garage, shed or other part of a property hard to reach or use. Our property-clearance page brings these contents-clearance enquiries together. Tell us which spaces are involved, what must stay and who authorises removal. Photographs and the full postcode help define the collection before the work and appointment are agreed.

✦ A DEFINED WASTE REMOVAL TASK

Start with the space you want usable

Show the contents from more than one safe viewpoint so the amount is clear. Explain whether there are several storage areas or one concentrated collection. Identify tools, furniture, stored materials and any belongings that must remain rather than describe everything as general rubbish. If items belong to more than one person, arrange the appropriate authority before adding them to the collection brief. We assess the accepted non-hazardous materials with access and the intended scope.

How the collection is agreed

Photograph the entrance and the route from the contents to the collection point. Tell us about locks, steps, narrow doors or shared access. We discuss the item list and access before agreeing the quotation. A clearance removes the accepted contents; it does not automatically include dismantling the shed or changing the building. We provide a waste transfer note and take the agreed waste only to authorised sites.

✦ SCOPE & PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS

What to agree before booking.

Name the areas

List the garage, shed or other spaces included and show their contents. Avoid entering an unsafe structure to take photographs.

Mark retained belongings

Make clear which items are to stay and who can approve the removal list. A collection should follow that agreed list rather than appearance alone.

Separate contents from structures

Show any building damage and explain if you want another service assessed. Clearing stored items is different from dismantling or repairing the structure around them.

Your quotation details.

Property-clearance prices are assessed from photos. Include all the storage spaces involved, the items that stay and the access route. If the property also needs repairs or garden work, explain those separately so the collection does not become an undefined improvement project.

Extras and separate work.

Demolition, structural changes, repairs and cleaning need their own agreement. We do not collect asbestos or other hazardous waste. A damaged structure should be described before any access or contents collection is arranged.

✦ BEFORE YOU BOOK

Property, Garage & Shed Clearance questions.

Are garage and shed clearance separate pages?+

They are covered together here. Identify the actual spaces and contents so the collection can be scoped for your property.

Does clearance include taking down a shed?+

Dismantling or demolition is a separate request. A contents collection does not automatically include removing the building or its foundations.

What if the space is difficult to enter?+

Describe the problem and take photographs from a safe position. Access and the proposed collection need assessment before an appointment is agreed.

Who approves the items to remove?+

Tell us the authorised contact and identify belongings that stay. Permission should be clear, particularly at a rented or managed property.

How is the price assessed?+

From photographs of the contents, materials and access route. The quotation and collection are agreed before booking.
