One visit, with the right priorities.

Our maintenance visits bring together the ordinary jobs that keep a garden manageable. A lawn that needs cutting, weeds among established plants and a hedge losing its shape can all be covered in the same visit. We plan the hours around the garden as it stands, including access and the amount of growth. The quotation sets out the work, so you know which parts of the garden we will be looking after.

What's included

Grass and edges

We mow, strim and edge the lawn as part of the agreed tidy-up. Patchy or mossy areas are assessed separately before we recommend any restoration work.

Hedges, shrubs and borders

We trim and shape hedges, prune suitable shrubs, weed, deadhead and tidy borders. We agree which plants to keep and work around the planting you want retained.

Leaves and paths

We collect fallen leaves, gather the clippings and sweep garden paths. Green-waste collection is a separate charge, agreed with the work.

How a visit works

Where possible, we begin with a short walk round with you. We identify the plants to keep and agree which jobs come first. The visit follows that list, whether it centres on the lawn, hedges, borders or a mixture. We gather clippings, sweep garden paths and check the agreed work with you at the end. Anything additional is discussed before it goes ahead.

What it costs

We use the garden-maintenance hourly rate shown below. Subject to assessment from photos or a visit. The agreed maintenance tasks include mowing, hedge trimming, weeding, suitable pruning and tidying. Materials, specialist work and any green-waste collection are separate.
